For years, the independent Japanese studio Vanillaware has built its renown on unparalleled visuals, always perfectly paired with original scores from the masters at Basiscape studio.

The music of Unicorn Overlord echoes the conflict between five warring kingdoms. These meticulously crafted tracks leave a lasting impression on the listeners, with a main theme that stands as a definitive testament to Basiscape’s artistry. The score also features soaring battle themes that resonate like Wagnerian symphonies, designed to stir the spirit of any warrior in the heat of combat.

The album is presented in a custom-designed collector’s box adorned with original Vanillaware artwork, while the interior features three unique illustrations drawn from the world of Unicorn Overlord. This three-LP set is pressed on 12-inch, 180g transparent vinyl, with a stunning physical detail: the sigils of the warring kingdoms, embedded directly into the discs, serving as a direct homage to the game's lore – is receiving a physical release on vinyl. For lasting quality, each record is housed in premium anti-static inner sleeves.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Hitoshi Sakimoto’s career, we have crafted this unique soundtrack, honouring the legacy of both the artist and Studio Basiscape. Please note that this is a strictly limited release - no future re-editions are planned.
