Description

Hank, the star of Bear and Breakfast, is many things: A plucky teenager. A good friend. A savvy entrepreneur in the hospitality industry. And, of course, a seven-foot-tall 400 pound forest bear.

In this quirky indie management sim from the folks at Armor Games Studios and Gummy Cat Studios, Hank and his friends find an abandoned shack and flip it into a money-making bed and breakfast scheme for unsuspecting tourists. But as they start to taste success, the crew find themselves plunged into a plot much deeper than the wilderness itself.

It’s the sort of creative & charming laid-back adventure that iam8bit simply adores, so we’re happy to bear (c’mon, we get to do that once) the honor of bringing you the Bear and Breakfast Exclusive Edition for Nintendo Switch. It’s the complete game on-cartridge, ready-to-play and region free, packaged in exclusive cover art from sculptor and first-time iam8bit collaborator cobcris.

That’s not all: Packed inside, you’ll find a code for a digital download of the Bear and Breakfast original soundtrack by Andrew Landry! It’s an inspired collection of synthy sounds that range from playful & light to mysterious & dark, perfectly complementing the game’s unexpected woodland conspiracies.

As an added bonus, we’ve also included an adorable motel-style Hank keychain. Put it on your key the next time you stay in a snuggly bed & breakfast and smile fondly at the thought of your virtual woodland friends, or just hang it on a handbag, backpack, or anywhere else you might need a pal.
