We get these informations from various suppliers & labels and sometimes - for unforeseen reasons that are usually beyond our control - shipping dates may be postponed. We try to keep the estimated shipping date as up-to-date as possible. Please note that our indicated shipping dates are always estimated and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Yes you can. Please note that we are not able to make any changes after we have packed and shipped your order.

We usually ship all orders within 7-14 business days once ALL items are in stock and ready to ship. Our carriers will pick up all packed orders at least once a week.

Yes! All of our own releases and the releases of our distribution partners are all officially licensed. We always ensure that all fees and royalties are paid to the rightful owners. We do not approve and support any kind of bootlegging or counterfeiting.

A pre-order may be sold out if either only a limited quantity is available due to production restrictions (limited pressing) or only a limited stock has been allocated to us as a distributor.
