Covid-19 Update

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation and strict shipping restrictions of our two carriers DHL Germany and Deutsche Post, we still have to hold shipments to most countries in South America, New Zealand, Australia and a few other countries until further notice.

Customers from North America

Deutsche Post informed us that they have resumed shipping to USA and we are currently starting to fulfill the affected orders. We ask for your understanding that it takes some time for us to process the remaining shipments. 

We try to fulfill all orders in chronological order and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your shipment is on its way.

Please note that Deutsche Post has changed their transportation from air freight to ocean freight. As a consequence of this, very long transit times (up to 30+ days) are expected.


Customers from South America, New Zealand and Australia

We’ve been working hard on finding a solution for this problem. We talked to various carriers and finally signed a new shipping deal with UPS. UPS still ships worldwide and their premium service is exactly what we were looking for. This new service is slightly more expensive, though, but we think it’s a good alternative for shipments to all the affected countries during these crazy times. So if you need your order asap and don't want to wait on DHL to lift their restrictions, please choose the 

UPS shipping option during checkout.

While we are continuing to ship domestically and to most countries worldwide, international orders may experience longer delays. Thanks for your patience and support during this difficult time. We hope you’re all safe and healthy!
